We’re keen to fill out the regular weekly diary at Longdown Village Hall.

Slots currently available

Regular weekly or monthly hire is available at these times:

  • Monday afternoons
  • Tuesday — daytime and evening
  • Thursday — daytime
  • Friday — mornings

These are the gaps around our existing weekly tenants — tango, ballroom, Devon Velvet dance, yoga, Pilates, dog training, badminton, and skittles among them.

We’d particularly like to hear from…

Dance teachers — the 16 × 9 metre sprung wooden floor is one of the best around. More on the dance hire page.

Yoga, Pilates, and wellness practitioners — the hall is already home to weekly yoga and Pilates classes and we’d happily add more to the diary. More on wellness hire.

Drama groups — we’d love to see more theatre at the hall. Our friends at Exeter Drama Company stage productions through the year, with natural gaps around their season in January, May/June, and October/November. The hall has a proper stage with curtain, DMX lighting, radio mics, and a backstage room. More on drama & performance.
